By accessing or using this website ("Site"), operated by IQV Construction, Inc. ("IQV," "we," "us"), or by submitting a form on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About IQV
IQV is a licensed California General Contractor and Roofing Contractor providing roofing, exterior repair, painting, interior renovation, and capital improvement/reconstruction services for commercial, HOA, and multifamily properties in the Bay Area. The Site is for general information and to let you request a proposal; it does not itself create a contractor-client relationship or a construction contract.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Site's content, or remove any proprietary notices, without our written consent. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and design) is owned by IQV or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Requests for Proposal & Submissions
Information you submit through our contact/RFP forms will be used to respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Any estimate or quote provided is preliminary and non-binding; a binding agreement is formed only through a separate signed written contract with IQV.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any Site-related claim will not exceed $100. This limitation does not apply to any separately signed construction contract, which is governed by its own terms.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IQV harmless from any claims or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
